Can you run a VA agency?

Have you ever thought about running your own Virtual Assistant Agency? Now here is your chance! We are looking for a social media & lead generation virtual assistant superstar and if you have graphics and some video editing capability this is a HUGE plus. But don't worry if you don't have graphics or video editing skills as long as you are willing to learn or can manage someone who has these skills.

We have more work than we can handle and we need someone who can take charge of this part of our business. You NEED to be detailed and ---------- fortable creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and managing others.

This position is full-time work for 35 hours per week. Must work a minimum of 60 minutes per day but must work a total of 35 hours per week. Must not have a second job. Guaranteed work for at least 6 months, however, the first 3 months are a probation period. Hours are very flexible. We are hoping to keep the employee on indefinitely for at least 5+ years. Eligible for an increase in pay + monthly performance bonuses + company equity after 6 ---------- pending on the candidate you may be eligible for performance bonuses your FIRST DAY!

You should be someone who learns quickly with minimal direction and loves learning AND doing new things. We provide paid training courses and learning opportunities to those that are willing to take the time to invest in themselves. You are only limited by your own ambition and drive.

Basic graphic/video design using Canva
Social Media Posting
Cold email
Social Media Outreach
LinkedIn Outreach
Video Creation or editing.
Creating and modifying Clickfunnels websites.
Basic growth hacking strategies
Market Research
Data Entry

Technical Requirements:

Must use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge web browser.
Must have experience using Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
Must be able to understand English in audio and written form
Must have good written English - good writing and grammar skills
Must have stable internet and good computer to handle multitasking
Accepted applicants will undergo training

Preferences:
Experience with Slack, Asana, and any CRM system is preferred but not required.

You must be patient, flexible, a self-starter, and able to learn quickly and solve problems on your own. Applicant must send a screenshot of computer specs, a recent speed test, and in your message please tell me who won the 2014 World Series and the final score.
