Director of Logistics Management

We are looking for an all-star VA to join our growing team in the Philippines as Director of Logistics Management. The ideal candidate for this post is resourceful, proactive, excellent in managing logistics, fluent in speaking and writing in english, hard working and must have a can-do attitude. We are also looking for someone who can take full ownership of the post and will create on it.

In this role, you will be in charge of:

- Coordination between the forwarders and manufacturers about the production completion dates
- Create shipping plans based on the production completion dates
- Get multiple shipping quotes for the upcoming shipping plans
- Frequent monitoring of shipment pickup, departure, arrival and delivery dates
- Coordinating all the inbound and outbound shipments in the warehouse
- Monitoring deliveries to ---------- dit
- Monitoring Stock level in each warehouse/3PL. Weekly report
- Inspection of Monthly inventory report from the warehouse/3PL
- Monitoring Stock level in each Amazon Market. Daily
- Additional inspections made of forecasts
- Create Fulfillment Shipments to Amazon / Walmart
- Arrange shipment pickups from the warehouse/3PL
- Monitoring deliveries to Amazon
- Create cases for any Amazon delivery discrepancy
- Preparing documents for shipping such as Packing List, Commercial Invoice, SLI, etc.
- Coordinating special projects required to the warehouses.
- Able to help and provide Short and Long term forecasting
- Required to be dedicated at work

Strong candidate's experience and qualifications will include:

Experience in Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Deliverr Seller Portal, Shipment Maker Pro, CashCow, Amazon Carrier Seller Central, Amazon Freight, UBER Freight, UPS.

Best if you have experience with:
Outlook, Slack, ASANA, Word, PDF. Knowledge in using the Web to track shipments is a plus.

Additional qualifications:
-Required to be a university graduate.
-Required to have current or previous experience with Amazon.
-Required to have excellent written and spoken English skills.
-Required to be willing to work at night (US daytime hours).
-Required to be highly intelligent, motivated, reliable, cheerful, and learn new skills quickly.
-Required to have access to a suitable place to work uninterrupted, with reliable electricity and high-speed internet and a fast computer.
