Production Manager

Oria Builders is seeking a Production Manager to plan, organize and control production to ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Coordinate crew(s) to assure quality and efficiency for implementation of projects, within budget
-Review, record and handle customer service issues
-Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
-Plan a production/routing schedules with Project Managers
-Review and adjust the schedule where needed
-Instruct and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
-Monitor projects daily along with the quality standards for each project
-Review and monitor all job reporting activity, make correction as needed
-Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
-Determine and implement improvements to the production process
-Monitor and review the performance of production crews and organize necessary interventions for improvements


Requirements
-Previous experience in construction is preferred
-High level of interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written
-Critical thinking and problem solving skills
-Efficiently use computer programs and application
-Attention to detail
-Excellent organizational skills
-Time management
-Influencing and leading
