A flexible and enthusiastic high achiever with great organisational skills and attention to detail is required to join a prominent UK business. The applicant will join a thriving team of remote workers, creating and marketing exciting new products and services to a worldwide audience.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
Attending meetings virtually and taking meeting minutes
Regular data collection from different sources and producing reports and analysis of the data
Dictation for the CEO on his correspondence
Researching, compiling and contacting potential new suppliers and partners
Some project management of tasks and reporting back to the CEO
Order supplies/postal supplies as and when required
Completing administration forms for approval of the CEO
Researching and sourcing components and physical items for products
Provide customer service to customers through our help-desk (Freshdesk)
Writing weekly marketing
Liaise with 3rd party teams for updating CEO
Creating a plan of what/when to post on social media and then source images/content to post
Gathering quotes and shortlisting suppliers
Working within our
Writing and Loading key-phrase optimised blog posts to our website with images
The applicant will be working closely with our CEO in order to support him in his daily requirements so need to have a positive "can do" attitude, not be afraid of taking on new tasks or technology.
Attendance of regular team video meetings will be required.
Please note: we use time tracking software which will need to be installed on your computer and active during working hours.
The applicant must:
Have excellent UK English language skills (both spoken and written).
Be prepared to work during UK timezone (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM UK Time Monday to Friday).
Be prepared to be called upon within those times at short notice to perform important work.
Be able to prioritise work effectively and re-prioritise quickly if other tasks take precedence.
Have very good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the creation of PDF documents
Have experience working as a personal assistant with a management level tea
Have a fast and reliable internet connection.
Have a reliable, fast computer with adequate security software installed and updated. A working webcam is essential.
Have the ability to pick up new tasks, processes and technology quickly and efficiently. Making notes and procedures is highly encouraged.
Have good timekeeping and be able to work to strict deadlines.
Be able to use Slack, Trello, Zoo
Be very organised and methodical in their work.
