Amazon Seller Relationship Manager

In search of a highly motivated, driven, organized client relationship manager for Riverbend Consulting.

We solve problems for Amazon sellers and help maintain their accounts. This role is to share more of our services and products with both already established clients and new-to-us Amazon sellers. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, generating new leads, and driving sales growth through virtual sales, phone calls, strategic upselling, and cross-selling.

I am considering those with no sales experience that have experience with taking care of clients, being warm and empathetic but are also the expert in our products as to guide sellers in the best way possible to help their business. They win, we win.

Requirements:
Clarity in spoken English
Ability to speak and comprehend both formal and informal English.
Ability to sustain high energy for calls and demos
Detail-oriented to ensure follow-ups and schedule is maintained
GROWTH DRIVEN
Amazon experience will be given priority but is not a requirement.

Additional Information:
Base salary starts at ---------- /mo depending on experience.
Pay is 2x per month via a PH bank.
Benefits include: 10 days PTO/year and SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig Benefits
Hours will be from 9a-6p EST US time (your overnight).
