Position: Sales Manager
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a passionate and highly driven Sales Manager to join our sales team. The responsibilities include team management, team training, KPI monitoring, process improvement, and results-oriented goal setting. Must have prior experience and success leading an outbound sales team.

To be successful as a Sales Manager, you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities include:

Managing Sales and Customer Service team for voice, chat & email.
Developing, managing and monitoring ---------- diting emails, calls, and chats for quality and compliance.
Team training and development in sales tactics, scripts, upselling and relationship building.
Driving team sales ---------- veloping superior accountable processes.
Build Customer relationships by speaking to past clients and current clients.
Process documentation and improvement.
Lead Generation and Order processing for the American and Canadian ---------- diting and monitoring many aspects of representative performance including call quality and compliance, email quality and compliance, chat quality and compliance, upselling efforts, follow up efforts, general productivity, sales performance and so on.
Ability to meet/exceed all revenue goals on a consistent basis.

Required Candidate Profile:

Must have handled a team size of 10 or higher.
Must have at least 4 yrs experience with International (US/ UK/ Canada/ Australia) Customers with night Shift experience.
Must have at least 3 Years experience in leading a team.
Experience in creating and running reports ideally with some database query background.
Must have constantly overachieved Sales target in previous role.
Advanced Excel and Math skills.
Must have superior integrity.
