Position: Outbound Sales Representative

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for passionate and highly motivated Outbound Sales Professionals to join our sales team. The responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. The sales role is mainly consultative selling where Outbound Sales Professionals have to be good listeners, ask questions, learn about the customer, give them ideas, and keep in touch. Customer education, astute listening, upselling, and keeping in touch are the core for the sales role.

To be successful as an Inside Sales Professional, you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities include:

Making outbound calls and offering the products & services to the clients.
Should be able to explain the products & services to the clients.
Should be able to update the customer's expectations/queries to the Sales and Delivery team.
Ability to meet/exceed all revenue goals on a consistent basis.
Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received.
Research and compilation of answers for informational requests from customers.
Build Customer relationships by speaking to past clients and current clients.
Assisting the business growth by meeting all quality requirements.
Lead Generation and Order processing for the American and Canadian market
Candidate Profile:

A minimum 4 years of relevant experience and at least 2 years of International Outbound / Inbound Sales experience
Must have experience in heavy outbound calling of at least 60 to 200 outbound calls per day
A great command in closing sales over the phone. Should be currently working in International Sales (Voice) and Night shift
Accent to deal with clients from the US customers
Excellent English verbal communication skills along with the attitude of customer first approach.
Excellent Computer Skills to capture data correctly
Handle customer objections / obstacles & collect information
People willing to work the night shift and have a computer can apply.
