Our mission is to make it easy for teachers to create interactive games and worksheets for their students. Our site automates the process of resource design, so teachers can simply enter the content that is appropriate for their class.

We are looking to hire a Sales Representative and Appointment Setter. You will mainly be working with our sales team to do business-to-business sales for current and potential customers. This role requires skills in appointment setting through outbound calls and email, and you will be required to conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about the product.

We may also require you to do general customer service duties through email & live chat to resolve customer issues in a timely Upgrade to see actual infocluded with these duties are recording and communicating customer feedback to enable product development.

You must have:
At least 3 years of experience as a sales agent or as an international-facing customer service agent
Proficiency in handling sales work
A passion for giving good service and solving customer problems
A college/university degree
Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level)
Initiative and the ability to self-motivate in a remote working role
Good attention to detail and great organisation
Good IT office skills and an ability to troubleshoot simple IT problems
A reliable Internet connection and suitable home office environment
A willingness to work some unsocial hours

Also desirable is:
Experience as a supervisor or team leader in a customer service environment
Teaching experience
