Acquisitions Development Representative

Acquisition Development Representatives (ADR’s) are primarily responsible for developing leads that have called our company to inquire about selling their property. These are predetermined leads have received direct mail marketing and responded. ADR’s will call the leads back to ascertain whether the lead is interested in selling their Real Property and the obtain preliminary information about the property and the seller. Then send the lead information to our Acquisition Specialists so the company may acquire more property.

ADR’ work closely with the Acquisition Specialist to ensure that leads are followed up with properly. ADR’s also must help input, organize and maintain lead information within CRM and Excel. ADR’s are expected to attend virtual weekly sales meetings/training and will be given performance goals. There will be opportunity for performance bonuses and growth into the Acquisition Specialist position if desired.

Other support projects may be required as needed as we are small team.

Applicants with the following skills will likely succeed:
1) Must enjoy sales and interacting with customers by phone, and
2) Excellent spoken English skills, and
3) A strong desire and willingness to be coached to learn and grow in the position, and
4) Integrity and ability to perform without constant supervision,
5) Ability to maintain a positive attitude when faced with rejection.
6) Work hours required are 10 am to 6 pm CST (some flexibility is available here)
