We are searching for a highly driven analyst rockstar to join our team as Business Automation Analyst. The ideal candidate is a proven leader that is fluent in English (fluency is a must), resourceful and organized, great with numbers, excellent at managing projects and has a reputation for integrity and hard work.
The goal of this role is to unleash the power of the company’s data through reliable, customized dashboards and reports using systems, processes, and ---------- will be your responsibility to oversee the maintenance and integrity of the data, and work directly with the CEO to turn the vision of the reports into an actionable reality through well-defined KPIs.

Job Responsibilities and Experience Required

In this role, you will be overseeing and designing systems for:
• Collecting information from various platforms to our data hub
• Business dashboards such as P&L, supply chain, and R&D
• Data migration and management between vendors and service providers
• Industry specific software in need of Excel formula-based automation.
Strong candidate's experience and qualifications will include:
• Downloading, Scraping, and organizing data to Google Sheets and BigQuery using google app scripts / python / etc.
• Knowledge of advanced google sheets functions such as vlookup/index/match
• Manage all automation projects currently in development and in the pipeline.
• Create scripts and tools to drive reconciliations between systems that have not yet been integrated.
• Identify areas to drive real-time automated communication to leadership for changes to key health metrics.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical individuals and teams.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Handle multiple tasks and projects with various and changing levels of priority.
• Dependable, self-motivated, organized, strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work irregular hours to meet business requirements.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills for efficient troubleshooting.
• Stable and fast internet.
