Hi!! This is Tobias!! Business Skeleton provides expert financial and accounting solutions and accurate reporting for collaborative strategic decision making to companies in the construction and related industries and we are currently looking for a Financial Controller / Bookkeeper.

- Proficient in Accounting and Bookkeeping
- A People Person
- Persistent, aggressive, and driven
- Excellent in communication
- Speak and write Great English
- Very organized
- Very detail-oriented
- Positive attitude
- Very Resourceful
- Able to start immediately.
- Able to work from 7 am - 5 pm PST, Monday to Friday
- Someone who has a minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps.

Job Description:

* General Bookkeeping
* Setup budgets using Excel & LivePlan
* Financial review & analysis
* Organize Asana and ensure tasks are set up correctly
* Review and manage Asana (project management) emails & Slack communications daily to avoid missing out on critical tasks


Note: Knowledge in Quickbooks Online & Desktop, Excel, and Asana is a plus
