VA Collections I Position ($5.75 US$, Monthly Bonus Opportunity, ISP Stipend monthly *after probationary period )
100% Remote Position/FULL TIME. Although customer service is needed to fulfill this position, you MUST HAVE 1ST and or 3RD PARTY DEBT COLLECTION experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience with memorizing rebuttals
Previous experience setting payment arrangements in line with company requirements.
Ability to multi-task in an small call center environment, with minimum 2 years collections/BPO experience required
Ability to completing 150+ calls per day (inbound and outbound)
Data entry for documentation and handling of escalated issues.
Proficient in the use of multiple computer systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Critical thinking and problem solving
Professional phone presence a must
Ability to self-manage and self-motivate to meet individual and team goals.
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
Ability to effectively communicate specific debts within the guidelines of FDCPA regulations
