Influencer Growth Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a full-time Influencer Growth Marketing Manager to join our team! So if you're passionate about streetwear fashion, have an interest in Anime & Manga, build long-lasting relationships, and create a strong brand community with us—this is the perfect job for you.

We need someone who loves working with influencers and using social media. We are seeking a digitally savvy and experienced marketing mind to develop and execute our influencer marketing strategies with creative campaigns.
If you are a team player who displays a positive, professional attitude at all times and knows the influencer world, then you are the person we are looking ---------- erest and passion for the street fashion and anime industry is a must!

AS KAGESCLUB INFLUENCER GROWTH MARKETING LEAD, YOU WILL…
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
- Find anime YouTubers or Fashion YouTubers from 10-30k subscribers
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
- Communicate and coordinate campaigns to mass groups of related influencers. Setting up date/s for mass upload.
- Make sure that the content will be submitted on time and on its standard. Coordination and Communication are very important.
- Develop content ideas and write and curate content
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users
- Identify emerging trends weekly to give ideas to content creators. It can be trending sounds, trending video concepts, and how we can make something similar for the brand.
- Highly active and familiar with Fashion Niche and Anime Niche
- Familiar with Billio - this is to set up campaigns and creative scope of works and rollouts.
- Draft and edit influencer content creator agreements.
- Edit and generate media kits for the brand(s).
- Calculate analytics, and demographic in an analytical way to create maximum ROI of CPM, CPC, and CPI for the brand.


WHO ARE YOU?

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, and alike
- Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
- In depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized with great time management skills
- - Outstanding project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Networking aptitude
- Able to work mixed PH time and EST (3 hours EST time, the rest are PH time)
