JOB OVERVIEW

As Sales Coordinator/Receptionist
• Primarily assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing quotations, internal documents and sales documentation (Proposals, Contract etc.)
• Prepares and follow up any sales quotations made for clients.
• Responds to online and telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
• Works closely with the Sales Team to assess the progress opportunities and be involves in the Sales Strategy.
• Coordinate closely with the other departments associated with the projects from quotation preparation to the delivery of the items and after sales support.
• Responsible in preparation of Sales Report per Ambassador, monitoring of client purchase orders and back orders.
• Perform all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
As Invoicing Clerk
• Issue invoices to customers
• Update customer files with issued invoices
• Process credit memos
• Update the customer master files with contact information.
• Prepare Sales Report
• Prepare Back Order Report
• Monitor Client PO
