Team Lead / Full Stack developer

Position Summary:
An Australian safety automation company producing products for the Transport Industry. Currently looking for a team lead on the development team. As a team lead, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager. As Team Lead you will ensure that the operations manager receives regular updates on progress, reports and QA tested builds for inspection.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver across the entire app life cycle - concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores/ play stores, and support.
Working with the developer team to create and maintain a solid framework to support the app/web.
Working with the front-end developers to build the interface with a focus on usability features.
Optimising performance for the web/app.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualification requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant field.

Experience requirements:
Proven development experience in-app and web development.
Outstanding knowledge in mobile usability design principles, information architecture, and human-computer interaction.
Excellent record of delivering successful products
