ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and self motivated full time social media manager to join our team to manage all the social media profiles for our brand. This is a dream job for the right person, you get to work at your own pace, dealing with Anime based tasks every day!

This position offers room to grow and learn as well. We will also pay nice bonuses for performace. BEING AN ANIME FAN IS A MUST SINCE IT WILL MAKE THE POSITION EASIER AND MORE FUN. Once hired, we will have a 1 month trial period to make sure you are right for the team and then we will GUARANTEE your position and SALARY for AT LEAST 12 months and hopefully much much more.


SKILLS REQUIRED:
-Must be an anime fan and have anime knowledge, may even watch Anime in the background while working if it doesn't disrupt productivity (yes, we said you can literally watch anime on the job!)
-Must know basic graphic design or be willing to learn (software and training will be provided)
-Must know basic video editing or be willing to learn (software and training will be provided)


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO (Extensive paid training will be provided for everything):

Respond to ppl on Social Media
-Answer questions and concerns on IG, FB, Tiktok comments & Messages
-Send questions to customer support if it's not a small issue (such as a refund)

Post on Iinstagram and Tiktok
-Procure and post ---------- s and reels
-You'll procure ---------- s on reddit
-you'll procure videos on tiktok to repost as reels
-Create simple reels from product images to post on IG
-You'll be using simple apps like VN or CapCut editor
-Create simple tiktoks from our actual products to post on Tiktok and IG reels
-You'll be receiving our products and creating simple tiktoks when they arrive
-No need to be on camera or anything like that

Run Giveaways on Iinstagram and Tiktok
-Post about the giveaway
-Announce it using our AutoResponder
-Pick winners and send them the prizes

Create simple email and SMS campaigns
-Use our autoresponder to create simple email and SMS campaigns for product announcements and holiday discounts
-Create simple graphics and videos to announce holiday discounts on IG as well

Use ---------- to contract creators for product videos
-Create a descriptive job post for a creator on billo
-Hire the right one and send them our product
-Use the video created on IG and Tiktok

Find micro influencers to promote our products
-Finding microinfluencers in our niche and reaching out to them
-Sending them our products in return for a video or picture promoting it
-Following up with them to make sure they received the item and post about it in a friendly way
