E-Commerce Community Manager (Influencer Marketing/Social Media Manager)

Hey there, we are a growing E-commerce Company and we are looking for someone with extensive knowledge in "Research and Organization of collaborations with Influencers" and "Customer Service Management". If you have experience, we will be hiring a full-time “Community Manager" and they will be eligible for AMAZING BONUSES and a great long-term career.

Our brand sells mainly health and body care products for a female audience, so most of the customers and influencers to look for have to be Women.

For this reason, hiring a woman that can get in the shoes of other women would be better for the company, but we want to emphasize that it is not a mandatory feature, as previous experience and results will be evaluated without any difference.

The person who will be hired has to manage the Social Section of our E-Commerce Company. As soon as a threshold will be reached, several new figures will be hired to be managed by the person in question. So the person hired will have over time more and more responsibilities and of course the opportunity to grow really fast and to increase his monthly salary.

The person we are looking for must have the following requirements:
- Speak, Understand and Write perfectly in English;
- Have experience in research, selection and organization of collaborations with Influencers through product submission and video creation (With proven documentation);
- Have experience in managing the social pages of a brand (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok) through the organization and management of posts, stories, reels, Tik Tok (With proven documentation);
- Have experience managing comments on social pages, chat and email support for influencers and customers;

The person we are looking for must have the following personal characteristics:
- Be Able to work with minimal supervision;
- Reliable and have a great work ethic;
- Creative and can come up with cool ideas etc;
- Efficient and high-quality work;
- Be a person who is always open to confrontation to find strategies that can help to grow the Company;
- Be a person who can work in a team, proactive and with a good problem-solving ability that doesn’t stop in front of the various daily problems;
- Do not have problems working a few hours of overtime (when an urgent commitment requires it) obviously all paid extra;
- Be available full time without having other jobs that occupy part of the working day.
