This role assists in organizing and scheduling maintenance contractors to perform the various duties required to keep our properties’ maintenance operations running smoothly. They will have a wide range of duties and responsibilities that vary in complexity. They will oversee the reception of maintenance requirements from tenants, scheduling contractors to deal with the issue, and follow up with the tenants to verify the job is complete. This person will also coordinate quarterly preventive maintenance for all our properties. They will also log all tenant and contractor interactions in these various processes.

To succeed in the role, the candidate must be self-motivated, ambitious, organized, have excellent customer service experience, and have strong time management skills. We are looking for a candidate who can drive multiple tasks with competing priorities. Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Be the friendly voice manning our maintenance service phone line.
2. Acknowledge and respond to all maintenance requirements.
3. Reach out to the appropriate contractor to schedule the repair.
4. Send the tenant a confirmation of their repair via
5. Follow up with the tenant after the repair has been completed.
6. Schedule and organize quarterly preventive maintenance visits on all our properties. Map the route the contractor will follow.
7. Send all necessary information for the contractor.
8. Create a report for the property owner, on all issues noted in the preventive maintenance visit that need to be repaired.
9. Log all interactions with tenants, contractors, and owners during these processes.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE:
College preferred.
Experience in a similar position is a plus, but not indispensable.
Fluent in English.
Great attention to detail.
Customer service skills.
Ability to effectively manage their time.
Own a modern computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM)
