Can you set appointments, and fill a room? Can you boost and promote facebook ads?

Hi, I'm looking primarily for an experienced telemarketer, with an excellent grasp of English, and the gift of gab for that matter. I'm a mortgage broker looking to connect with top real estate agents in my area. I need the succesful candidate to do the following,
1. Call on a list of agents to set up 2-3 coffee appointments with me every week
2. Call on list of agents to invite them to lunch and learn sessions
3. Confirm appointments
4. Manage a facebook fan page that is targeting realtors. create ads targeting top real estate agents so they like my fan page.
5. Research top agents to call on.
