Job Description

A Call Center Manager is a professional in charge of hiring, training, and managing staff to handle customer service issues. They set, meet, and exceed goals by providing customers excellent service and helping motivate their team to do the same using key metrics.

We are looking for a skilled Call centre manager to supervise daily operations and personnel aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will also ensure that technology is utilized to a maximum and that staff are well-organized and productive.

An excellent call center manager must be an organized, reliable and results-driven professional. They must have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the “big picture” and make improvements. As a call center manager, you must also have excellent customer service and communication skills.

What This Job Entails

? Develop objectives for the call centre’s day-to-day activities
? Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
? Collect and analyze call-centre statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.)
? Assume responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses
? Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards
? Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures
? Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.)
? Prepare reports for different departments or upper management

Compensation
? Starting Monthly Salary: $4-$7 per hour USD ($640-$1000 Base)
? Generous Bonuses & Incentives included if you hit daily targets of a set amount of appointments (there is no limit to what you can earn)

Requirements
? Proven experience as a call centre manager or similar position
? Experience in customer service or appointment setting is required
? Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service or appointment setting metrics
? Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures
? Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit etc.)
? Proficient in MS Office and call centre equipment/software programs
? Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
? Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
? Positive and patient
? Higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated
? Certified Call Center Manager (e.g. CCCM) or equivalent qualification is a plus
? Most important is mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the
highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of obstacles or
failure
? Critical Thinker -- you can think on the spot and problem solve.
? Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your
schedule, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
? Driven, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting
expectations
? Previous experience in working in a call centre or remote call centre preferred
