Google Ads Assistant

We are a US based entity looking to hire a freelance Google Ads expert. As founders of very successful D2C businesses around the World, we have understood the importance of being diligent with online advertising as our largest revenue funnel. We started a digital marketing agency located in NY and Tampa, to provide small-medium size business with far more affordable pricing compared to standard agencies. We emphasize 100% transparency and have succeeded in providing exceedingly high ROAS for our businesses compared to the industry average.
We will require a Google ads assistant to be capable of handling all of the following:

- Managing existing campaigns.
- Create new campaigns if the lead expert is not available, while adjusting bids and campaigns tailored to each client.
- Be very familiar with creating high, medium and low priority campaigns.
- Have time to apply 4-6 hours per week to provide reporting and make adjustments to existing accounts.
- 3+ years experience in Google Adwords working with companies of various sizes.
- Proficient in English, doesn't have to be fluent.
- Open to video calls and feedback on a weekly basis to improve existing accounts.
- Provide reporting weekly for clients via email with ROAS figures, CPC and various other metrics with a 100-200 word overview of the weeks performance.

An interview will bee required with our leading Google Ads expert whose a founder at multi-million dollar start ups in e-commerce and operated ads in house to the highest of levels. Potential testing and suggestions for solutions in the interview.
