JOB OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Amazon Account Store
Maintain stock levels in Prime to optimize sales and ensure no major out of stocks.
Responsible for New Item Setup (NIS) on the Amazon platform and day to day monitoring of our Amazon catalogue and product pages, ASIN accuracy and compliance.
Clear understanding and practical experience in working within Amazon’s Vendor Central to ensure we are maximizing our sales potential.
Utilizing all features of the portal (Amazon’s Vendor Central) to the full function and purpose.
Responsible for delivering data analysis tied to key customer data in the support of the sales function.
Responsible for ad hoc analysis that will focus on business questions that tie to categories, brands, and customers.
Managing ad hoc requests to identify volume opportunities by conducting customer specific data analysis.
Ad hoc may include but, not limited to looking at investment pay-outs (ROI) and analysis that leads to insights that drive sales and productivity and other related business ---------- tablish standard reports as well as perform ad hoc customized reports that utilize data. These reports will include size of prize analysis, SKU ranking reports, analysis of winner/losers in the marketplace, coverage optimization, and competitive landscape analysis.
Quarterly execution of damages and returns

AMAZON
New Product Setup
New Item Setup (NIS) – populating a detailed spreadsheet with extensive product requirements.
Every ASIN (Amazon SKU) to be added to Amazon (new products, promotions, excess inventory items) in order to sell.
Troubleshooting NIS information after Product ---------- t up Vine Program for our brands and manage
Vine order – Separate order to be sent to Amazon to be rated and reviewed.
Monitor Catalogue (3 hours/day minimum)
Monitor and review product catalogue looking for discrepancies or issues with images, case count or pricing.
Report findings in Vendor Central and resolve any issues by opening up cases and working with Amazon support to resolve issues in a timely manner..
Check brand pages frequently to ensure content optimization and accuracy including images, variations, pricing, and report to appropriate individual(s) or Vendor Central.
Data Collection & Brand Registry
Compile data from Vendor Central and provide to President
Report unauthorized sellers to President
Sales Growth Projects
Be responsible for ad hoc analysis that will focus on business questions that tie to categories, brands, and customers.
Execute pricing/sales initiatives.
Work weekly with advertising department to maximize sales.
Boosts sales with marketing and product promotions
Create and manage accurate content on all product listings (title, product description, bullet points, and images) using Microsoft Excel and Marketplace software
Examples of, but not limited to: Category trend analysis – SKU Ranking – Net new door – Penetration rates- Size of prize – Pricing sensitivity etc.
Marketplace Distribution Management
Assist with logistic process from initiating shipment to ensuring product is orderable and successfully fulfilled by Marketplace
Create product shipments in computer software
Coordinate freight
Track shipment status
Confirm shipment was processed by distribution center
Verify product listing(s) is switched to “Active” upon receipt at Distribution Centers and inventory counts match the amount that was originally sent

QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years’ experience in Sales Analyst role supporting NIS and ad hoc reporting.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in related field ---------- tailed Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Sellers Central

SKILLS:
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
Time Management & operate with discipline

Organizational skills, strong imitative and follow through
Communication skills, critical thinking, and collaboration skills
Detail oriented with strong follow through - able to organize and prioritize multiple projects.
Has a strong sense of urgency and excellent time management ---------- monstrates proactive problem-solving

- Desktop/laptop
- A fast and stable internet connection (at least 15 MBPS) and with a back-up internet (eg pocket wifi)

- Quiet and professional workstation
