Real Estate Cold Calling - Lead Generation

-EXCELLENT English is a MUST, if you are not fluent, speaking English please do not apply!

-The majority of the time you will be on the phone cold calling sellers, however this may not be the only thing you will be assigned to do, the details of which is spelled out in this job position.

- Previous successful cold calling experience A MUST!
- Have experience with a dialer
- Also experience with Asana is a plus.

Requirements Also Include:
1. Own a personal computer or Laptop with good and reliable internet access, 25MBPS or above.
2. Be able to work from a quiet place without interruptions or excessive background noise of any kind.
3. Be able to work the night shift (9:30PM-6AM) Philippines time. Which is, Monday through Friday US, 20 hours per business week.
4. Own a personal smartphone.
5. Willing to learn quickly and take self-initiative to work on your own without close supervision.
6. Willing to install work monitoring software to ensure the quality of work and proper performance.

Bonuses are paid after closing on the deal and will vary from $100-$150 USD depending on the type and profit of the deal.
