Customer Support Specialist

There are always new ideas, products, marketing to learn with us and this opportunity will bring in a new skill set to you and provide you the opportunity to grow.

* You must be passionate to learn new products related to cigar accessories and air purification.

* Shopify Experience preferred.

* Processing orders, and invoices.

* Email, Chat & Phone Support. Good English speaking is a must.

* Passionate to communicate and educate our clients about our products.

* Work with our suppliers to find out the availability of the products, work with the factory to prepare quotes for new clients.

* You must have a good internet connection, a computer/laptop, and quiet work settings as the job is remote.

* Working hours 9.30 am - 6.30 pm EST Monday- Friday with an hour lunch break.

You will be paid a commission and as the company grows we expect the commission to grow as well and there will be growth opportunities inside the company.
