Web Developer Project Manager

I'm looking for a Senior Web developer Project Manager to assist in the running of our Web Development team.This will be working from home using BaseCampHQ to manage our staff and companies.

You will also help with recruiting web designers and assist in helping our sales force close various web design contracts.

You will also have an eye for detail and quality.

You should have at least 2 year experience as a Project Manager.
Your own personal portfolio of work.
We would need you to answer website enquiries from clients, and in some cases communicate with them via skype.

You will need to write detailed proposals for projects.

Must have a strong technical background and know flash.

Manage staff and meet project deadlines.

Please apply with a list of websites you personally designed / developed with the type of site it is i.e Wordpress - Ecommerce, Joomla etc...

And a list of websites you were the Project Manager for and if you could list the size of that team i.e Joomla - Ecommerce (team of 4).

You will need to be very hardworking and have strong negotiation skills.

You will need to be able to deal with different people such our sales guys, our clients and the web development team and and other companies we outsource to.

This is all virtual and you will need to know how to manage your own time and be in contactable during the day.

You will be developing sites yourself and you may be testing other site before project completion.
