Online Reservation Agent

We currently manage and market 150 villas, apartments in Phuket, Thailand. We advertise on Vacation rental websites such as Airbnb, HomeAway and TripAdvisor.

On a daily basis we receive many inquiries/reservation requests via email. The job will entail you answering the guests questions about properties, about the area, about the price of the property rental. We need to ensure that we respond to the guests immediately and persist until the booking has been made.

Skills:
English communication skills - it is important that your written English in particular is excellent.
Sales - important to be able to respond with the goal to convert an inquiry into a booking via email so the ability to answer all of the guests questions with a soft sales touch.
Reliable - we need to ensure that we respond to the inquiries immediately to maintain our fast response rates so it is imperative that you are online.

Monthly Contract. We are looking for long term staff.
40 hours a week.
