OPERATIONS HEAD

1. Supervises, motivates and enhances team member to be able to perform at their maximum capacity.
2. Does performance appraisal of the team members.
3. Provides training to new members.
4. Supports the Management in implementation of company rules and regulations.
5. Monitors the cleanliness in the workplace.
6. Handles client inquiries and complaints.
7. Checks daily sales report and ensure its correctness.
8. Responsible for reporting any unusual, untoward and unpleasant situation in the area, regardless of involved personalities.
9. Perform other duties assigned.
