Versatile bookkeeper

Looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant with experience in Xero and Simpro to join our team

Australian experience preferred

Excellent communication skills and fluent English are requirements.

Some of the additional tasks to bookkeeping include;
Consolidating data from cloud-based software to reports in excel.
Consolidating data from staff and systems unto out safety management system
Going through job management software and providing consolidated lists for operational staff to attend to
Going through our CRM sales pipelines and providing consolidated lists for sales staff to attend to
Going through our Accounting and providing consolidated lists for Accounting staff to attend to
Going through our compliance software and actioning requires tasks
