JOB SUMMARY:

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Duration: 12 months initially, with ongoing extensions for 1 to 2 years, and a long term view towards a permanent position.

Monthly Salary: 25,000 PESO
Annual Performance Bonus: 75,000 PESO
Total Remuneration: 400,000 PESO

JOB BRIEF:

We are looking for a top of the line SEO specialist, who has a VERY strong strategic mind, focused on online marketing. The person in the role shall be responsible for managing our company’s entire online / SEO campaign. They shall work with our small team in the Philippines, and with our larger team in Australia. This is a senior level position, and is not suitable for graduates and entry level professionals.

KEY PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Planning and creating a company SEO / online marketing strategy
Executing and implementing the company SEO strategy
Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the strategy
Optimisation and modifying the company SEO strategy
Maintenance and administration of day to day SEO tasks
Identifying and exploring new keyword opportunities and business possibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

On-page optimisation
Off page optimisation
Online lead generation
Content management

REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

Excellent communication skills (Must be fluent in English)
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Solid time management skills
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Understanding of software / web development process
HTML/ CSS website skills
PHP programming skills optional

DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

Google Adwords
Google Analytics
Google WMT
Other relevant industry shall be looked upon very favourably.

Valid Working Visa is Mandatory
Must be able to provide an MBI clearance if and when required
