Expert 3D Animation artist needed with Cinema 4D 16 or Advanced Render 16 skills

I'm interested in having a few 5 second long 3D rigged files ---------- 's basketball related. I want to create two hands palming a basketball, then have the hands twist the ball 90 degrees forward so the top of the hands and knuckles are showing, pause it there for 1.5 seconds then bring it back to the starting palming hold, then twists one of the hands forward and spin the basketball on one finger.
