Virtual Assistant- Social Media Management of Online Store

WE ARE LOOKING TO FILL THIS POSITION IMMEDIATELY!

This position requires experience in All Social Media Management. You must be well versed in all the tasks it takes to manage multiple online stores. Expand our social media presence, followers, and overall engagement through the daily management of Facebook, Shopify, Instagram, Twitter, and Tik-Tok. Must be able to operate Canva, VYPER, Klaviyo, Postscript, and various other promotional and metric driving applications. Must perform on-page and back-end optimization to see increased customer engagement and build followers. You can identify social media trends, communicate upward, and work with management to develop social media campaigns and/or promotions for products that will drive sales. The candidate must be well organized and detail-oriented. Additional experience in Excel for reporting is a plus.

You will not be trained unless it is task-specific that has not been identified in the job description. DO NOT apply if you need to be trained to manage Shopify/ social media platforms, photo/ video editing daily posts, community engagement, content creation, email management, etc.

MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF (2-3 HOURS) AVAILABLE FOR DAILY CHECK DURING EASTERN STANDARD TIME ZONE STARTING AT 10 AM! THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE!
