Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a full-time person who would perform the following tasks:

- Handles incoming calls
- Update customers on when their orders will ship
- Help customers determine what items they are missing from their orders.
- Perform various excel sheet tasks (Macros and Formulas)

Requirements

- Must speak fluent English
- Please send a 10-30 second sample voice clip with your response (mp3, wav...ect)
- Have a good internet connection for our Nextiva internet phone
- Microsoft Excel and Outlook 2013 or later installed
