Website Designer

We are expanding and seeking exceptional design talent to join our growing team. Specifically, we are seeking an individual with an in-depth knowledge of web design including UX/UI and who is excited to create innovative web designs for cross-industry clientele.

Role Description

-Help with key decisions in full web design process from conception to layout, to execution
-Develop or propose solutions that always have the end client’s needs in mind
-Provide clear, supportive communication to internal and client tea ---------- mbers
-Technical knowledge to support front-end development, articulate development considerations, and translate client requests
Qualifications

-Strong sense of design elements
-Min 2 years of web design experience
-Nice to know Adobe Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
-Educated in user experience & web design best practices
-Strong Technical skills
-Some front-end development experience within a CMS (i.e. Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, etc)
-HTML/CSS experience is preferred
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Haves

-Marketing agency experience
-Google Suite whiz (you know your way around docs, slides, sheets, etc)

Communication

-Articulate strategies and client’s vision through creative design
-Contribute to team discussions, collaboration and design direction
-Present rationale and design strategies to clients
-Back-End Web Design
-Front-End Web Development & Quality Assurance
-Test functionality & responsiveness of final web builds to provide QA feedback to the development team
-Update development web builds with client copy or updated imagery
