JOB DESCRIPTION
• Develops and implements health and safety programs
• Provides emergency treatment in the workplace
• Administers over-the-counter medication to employees
• Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area
• Documents all employees injury and illness and keep this information confidential
• Improves the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks
• Communicate with management on a regular basis
QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidate must be a graduate of any Business Course, preferably Psychology or HR Management course
• With at least 3 years work experience in Human Resource and Admin position
• Knowledgeable in Recruitment and Generalist tasks
• Knowledgeable in technical applications like Microsoft Office
• Good in written and verbal communication
• Excellent organization, filing and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve, make decisions and prioritize tasks
