We are seeking an EXPERIENCED real estate transaction coordinator. Ideally your experience is in working with real estate investors (not just working as a Realtors assistant).

- Full Time (must be working 8am-4pm PST Monday - Friday. We may also be open to EST time zone is preferable).

- Salary expectation is $1000 per month - potentially negotiable depending on level of experience
- Fluent / Natural English is essential
- Experience working as a transaction Coordinator is essential
Description:
As a transaction coordinator, you will be managing our real estate investment files during the purchase and the sale processes. That includes:
- preparing purchase and sale contracts
- Using Docusign / getting signatures
- File management / keeping proper records of all activities and documents
- Finding and hiring title companies & lawyers (calling to find quotes, timeline / availability etc...)
- Managing title companies / providing them with documents, corporate records, organising notary, reviewing title documents and closing statements for accuracy, hiring and managing surveyors, environmental consultants etc...
- Coordinating with realtors
- Completing due diligence / research on properties as needed
- You MUST be comfortable and able to make phone calls. You will be required to make likely 10-25 calls per day among other tasks
