Wordpress Developer, SEO expert, digital Badass ninja needed

Hello! I am looking for the right person to take over the management of our digital assets. English language skills are required to work with my on-site staff (pacific time zone, US) but you are not required to work in our time zone except for weekly meetings with myself,

There are 3 sites that need to have special attention:

Site one: The digital ninja will be working with US-based staff to build a site cloned off our current site. This is our business main site and will need to have appropriate SEO and key word work done to drive traffic.
Site two: the education site: we host for our staff a substantial education site that needs to be optimized. Elementor is the required builder, LeanDash is the LMS system that I am running. I am using a theme that was built for learn dash.

The courses are LARGE, centering around a 75-hour required training course. This means that there is a considerable amount of content, both video and text.

As the site will be highly accessible with multiple entry points, security and stability are a concern.

The third site: this is a simple business site that will need some adjustment and then SEO to help it get the kind of attention that is needed to get more clients.

After the build and launch, we will need ongoing support, and if the relationship has been beneficial to both parties, the working arrangement will be permanent.
