JOB OVERVIEW

JOB ROLE:
ü Must possess excellent communication skills on all fronts.
ü Must have good interpersonal skills. That is to say, the home care scheduler must be a people-person and easy to approach
ü Must be able to multi-task and also display an incredible level of flexibility
ü Must possess the ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks and/or duties
ü He/she should have a good knowledge and understanding of customer care ethics
ü Must possess good coordination and analytical abilities
ü Must be someone that has a keen eye for details so as to be able to avoid and/or rectify conflicting schedules
ü Must have excellent Leadership qualities. Need to be able to deal with difficult people and hold them accountable
ü Must attend team and staff meetings as required
ü Must be able to work effectively as part of a team or even lead a team if the need arises
ü Ability to manage time and schedules effectively is very important
ü Must be familiar with database and other software programs
ü Experience in a customer service role or healthcare management position would be of added advantage
ü Must have knowledge of computer programs: GSUITE(Gmail, Google spreadsheet, Hangouts, Calendar, G-Drive,) & MS Office.

PC/Laptop - core5 and above with 8GB RAM
Wired, reliable, and high-speed internet connection
Internet Postpaid line - 25mbps and above
Noise cancellation Headset with Microphone
Quiet home or office space
Backup internet and power are also a must.
