Tiktok video editor (premiere pro)

Hi I'm looking for a video editor that will edit videos for the tikotk platform

Requirements:
Knowledge of tiktok
You have used tiktok (just as a viewer is fine) for some time
Keep up to date with popular tiktok songs and trends in the US
You must use Premiere Pro for editing
Have edited ads for other social media before
English spelling & grammar should be to a standard level - (You could use grammarly to help with this)
Willingness to learn
A computer/laptop that is reasonably powerful
