Appointment Setting for a Marketing Agency,
The position in the job is to work as a virtual assistant, which will consist of mainly admin work.
You will be launching a Linkedin outreach campaign to connect with Business Owners for appointment setting.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and appointment setting
Directly correspond with prospective clients and adequately address concerns
Can adjust strategies based on the client’s KPI
Willing to do other administrative tasks
Someone who can help us build a steady flow of prospective clients.
Replying to and following up on engaged prospects.
Market Research to develop warm leads

REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional English communications, both written and verbal
Ability to write creative and persuasive Linkedin sales messages
Sales experience is not required, only Linkedin sales reporting to encourage a call to be scheduled within the team
Very well-organized and able to schedule meetings and keep track of follow-ups and varied, diverse workload
Preferably experienced in cold calling and appointment settings.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to processes and policies.
Must be able to have a conversation with our leads to explain who we are and what we do.
Willing to work on a graveyard shift for 7 hours with a 1-hour break.
Previous working experience as an Appointment Setter
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Networking aptitude
Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality
Punctual and Responsive
Decent computer or laptop
