Content Writer for YouTube Voiceovers Texts & Articles

Hi,

We have a YouTube travel channel Hungry Passport offering short and concise travel tips for each city/destination. We need help with writing texts for our travel guides.

We will provide you with the top 20 attractions (instructions, notes), and your job will be to compile the text based on your research on the internet (using Wikipedia, primary sources like official websites, etc.). We will set deadlines for when the texts and articles should be completed. Other than that, we do not require a specific schedule from you.

POSITION TYPE
- Part-time (task-oriented)
- We are looking for someone to ideally work with long-term. As we grow, there will be more tasks and opportunities for you.

PROPOSED COMPENSATION
- Starting salary: USD$80 per completed article. A raise will be available when we get to know you.
- Should take about 10-20 hours (2,500-3,500 words on average for the entire article).
It usually takes between 30 min and 1 hour for each attraction (it can even take less than that, depending on your skillset). There are normally 20 attractions per article.

TASKS
- Write articles for our travel guides (content writing).

SKILLS
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience with content writing on a similar level to our videos
- Attention to detail (start your reply to this job posting with “Hola An,” and paste our Hungry Passport YouTube URL at the bottom of your message)
- Ability to write in your own words (no copy & paste from other texts is acceptable)
- Strict respect for deadlines

We will select a couple of candidates and ask them to carry out a paid test gig before our final decision.
