Facebook Paid Media Expert (5 years experience or more)

Looking for a Facebook paid media expert to help analyze a clients Facebook paid media program and provide insights on the following:

1) Audience targets - are they optimal? Do we need to add/remove targets?
2) Creative - what's performing the best/worst. What should we be doing
3) Campaign structure - are we missing anything

This is a one-time project to analyze one client. Please apply only if you have a minimum of 5-years experience and can provide an in-depth analysis and recommendations for the program.
