I am starting a business and looking for a web-designer on behalf of my US-based start up company. You should be able to do the following:

- Design a Website in PSD format (Including graphics if needed).
- Convert the PSD into either a HTML website or a wordpress website.
- Website should be mobile-optimized.

You should possess the following characteristics:
- Extreme Attention to Detail
- High Expectation Of Your Own Work
- Responsible and Able To Report Daily Progress
- Good Design Sense
- Ability to Speak English
