Options & Trading Teacher

I need help understanding options - period. I'm mostly attempting to mirror / paper trade options strategies until I feel confident with real money. Seeking a knowledgeable teacher to help me understand options generally and specifically how to analyze, monitor and adjust in ThinkorSwim. I am seeking to continually expand into numerous different areas. Your expertise in additional areas would be valued but not required.

Additionally I seek experience in automation and algorithmic trading of all types. I'm particularly interested in crypto and looking for opportunities in this area too. Including launching our own projects / tokens / ico etc.
