Recruitment Specialist

This position will require excellent English speaking abilities (native-level competence) as well as extremely precise sourcing skills, including the ability to source and interview candidates. Confidence and competency in full-cycle staffing and recruiting is required with at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Implement sourcing and recruiting tools
- Writing messages targeting candidates
- Pre-screening candidates
- Update managers on efficacy of tools used, and brief summary calls syncing strategies with the team.
- Adapt to the current protocols and system in place
