Technical Marketing VA Needed (Stable, Lifetime, Career Position)

I am looking to add someone HARD WORKING, HONEST, and DEDICATED to my Technical Marketing Team as soon as possible.

We are not just looking for a technical marketing freelancer to fill a job. This is a stable lifetime career position where you will be working with and trained by the CEO. As our business grows and you get the training you need, we envision you having the opportunity to manage your own team of VAs to handle our Marketing Team goals and objectives.

Must be technologically SAVVY. Everyone works hard and moves fast. Assignments come with strict deadlines. This is a GREAT job with PLENTY of work available, but you must be willing to commit and go all-in 100%! I treat and pay my VA's very well.

As you review the description, we welcome any questions you may have about the position or our team. This life-time career position will start at 10-20 hours/week and gradually increase to full time as we train you in the specifics and details of our business. All possibilities for raises will be based on work performance.

We have just THREE (3) requirements
Proof of CRM tool experience. (Active Campaign preferred)
Proof of WordPress Development ---------- sire to constantly learn more about SEO and SEM.

We can train you on everything else.

Our technical marketing virtual assistant will be working on the technical aspects of our marketing plan. Website, Landing Pages, CRM tool, Front End Design. This includes what our customers are going to be clicking on and their overall technical journey in becoming a customer. The technical fun stuff in marketing!

Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report through email, detailing completed
and ongoing tasks.
2. Design landing pages for mobile and desktop to meet marketing business goals.
3. Manage and understand technical aspects of Active Campaign CRM tool.
4. Optimize WordPress website for speed and other SEO parameters.
5. Set up new marketing funnels or make adjustments to existing ---------- addition to having good technical marketing skills, you’ll need to use
the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an
expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with
most of them.
Web research using search engines like Google, IE,
Bing, etc
Microsoft Powerpoint or Keynote
Gmail and other email applications
Google Docs
Google Sheets
Google Slides
Google Calendar
Communications apps like Skype, WhatsApp,
Telegram, Slack, Hangouts, FB messenger, etc
Time management or time tracking software
(TimeProof, Time Doctor, Tmetric, Toggle)

Qualities Needed to be Successful
Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. This job is not for a highly skilled professional. The only requirement we have is that you have WordPress and CRM tool experience. Active campaign is preferred, but not required if you are a fast learner.

We are looking for someone interested in a lifelong career position with the expectation that this will become full time. If you are looking for just a few months of work this job is not for you.

We want people open to learning new skills and taking on new projects so that you grow with our growing business over time. If you are not excited about improving your skills and going outside the tasks listed above; this is not for you.

This is a full-time position. . .after you are trained and know the details of our business. Until then it’s 10-20 hours/week paid hourly.
Paid Training availability: Mondays-Fridays, from 8 AM to 11 AM Filipino time.
Once hired full time, hours are flexible but we need at least 30 hrs/week.
You will be paid hourly for the first year. Salary after 1 year probation period.
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6
month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All
Souls Day

Pay
Negotiable: $400/month when hired full-time (40 hours a week)

Once you complete your 1 year probation and training, you will get:
? 13th month
? Bonus and or Commissions based on work performance
