URGENT HIRING!!
We are looking for the best QA from the Philippines whose roles and responsibilities would be:
- Participates in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
- Evaluate calls and provide trend data to the Team Coach and the rest of the Management Team.
- Use the QA Scorecard system to compile and track performance at the team and individual levels.
- Report any client or customer issues or potential problems that may be encountered during the evaluation process.
- Assist in the calibration of calls and/or coaching sessions led by the Team Coach.
- Handle potential account manager’s initial interview.
- Assist in onboarding new tea
