About the Role
We are seeking an employee with knowledge of accounting principles to enter data tickets, run reports, and keep up with employee and truck expenses and files. The main role of this position is to input, compile and present data to managers in a presentable way.

Job Duties
• Data entry in internal system
• Email invoices to customers
• Keep track of costs as communicated by internal team
• Reconciling/General Bookkeeping
• Keep track of books across programs
• Keep on site admin and owners aware of bills
• Putting Bids together
• Weekly Management reports (I.E. Per truck profit report, Truck Break down report etc.)
• Create settlement for subcontracted trucks
• Create invoice/settlements for customers
• Create custom reports based on owners’ needs
• Typical work schedule
o 40hrs – Preferably American hours business hours
• Skills and Knowledge
o Word processing Skills
o Basic math skills necessary
o Understands email etiquette
o Problem solving skills necessary
o Great with Technology
o Familiarity with video meeting technology, I.E. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, ETC
• Qualifications
o Accounting Standards and US GAAP
o C1 or C2 English
o Experience with QuickBooks online

• TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
o Dedicated workstation at home
o Noise-canceling headphone
o 20 MBPS minimum Internet connection
o Backup device and Internet in times of power outages
