Rockstar Video Editor and Graphic Designer

Job Overview:
We are a US-based company looking for a full-time, home-based Video Editor & Graphic Designer.

You will work directly for our Digital Marketing Manager and Social Media Team, and interact with the company Director of Operations and CEO. We have been in the eCommerce business for over 20 years with an office in Southern California.

This position is for someone who has a passion for content creation and knows how to produce beautiful and engaging content! You'll create graphics using Canva and video using Filmora, Camtasia or Adobe Premiere Pro.

Your daily responsibilities would include:

The Basics:
* Collaborating with the social media team to create attractive and informative content
* Keeping up with technologies used in social media

Social Influencing:
* Increase engagement across all social media channels
* Increase traffic across all social media channels
* Increase Website Traffic to the ---------- website
* Increase brand awareness
* Help to generate leads and/or grow the company by way of effective content and distribution

You will be highly considered if you have:
* Excellent knowledge of GMB, Quora, Facebook Groups, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Tumblr, Reddit, and other Social Media Platforms
* 2 Years of experience designing content

It’s also important that you know how to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them or a fast learner.
* Web research using search engines like Google, Duckduckgo, Bing, etc
* Zoho cloud applications
* Gmail and other email applications
* Project management software Trello
* Screen capture software (web clipper, Nimbus)

What you'll use the applications for:
* ---------- - for graphic design
* ---------- - for scheduling and coordinating with the team
* Filmora, Camtasia or Adobe Premiere Pro - video editing/creation
* SEMRush - Keyword research and social calendar
* Zoho Cliq - company messaging and internal chat

This is a full-time, 40 hour a week position
Work hours are Monday - Friday 8:30AM until 4:30PM Pacific Standard Time. 11:30PM - 7:30AM Manila Time.
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day - you can choose 6 of them to take off.

The starting salary is $750 USD monthly. We will pay you bi-weekly via ---------- on the 2nd and the 16th of every month. We also offer annual salary reviews with raises and bonuses based on job knowledge, initiative, performance, and attendance.

Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
