SMM - Freelance to PT to FT (grow with me!)

I run multiple brands of wedding photo & video companies and I need someone who wants to grow with me and my companies. To start, this would absolutely be an hourly, as needed job. I have lots of beautiful work and I don't know how to show it to the world.

We use sociamonials (hootsuite alternative) to keep the accounts together/separate as needed and I'd really like to hire someone that knows a little bit more than just adding a couple graphics and posting a pretty picture. I want real growth strategies. At the same time, I need someone that can follow directions and learn by example. The software we use allows us to run sweepstakes/giveaways/contests and we're partnered up with a vacation partner so we can run special events through Social Media.
