Mortgage Loan Processor (United States)

We area Dallas, Texas based investment advisor. Our investment strategy is in providing mortgages to real estate investors, whether to hold as a rental property or to fix and flip. We are seeking an individual to assist in various aspects of the mortgage processing and asset management function, including data entry, organizing and electronic filing of mortgage application information and monitoring loan extensions. Your job will require you to contact loan originators and/or borrowers via phone or email.

Your Role:
-Follow up with originators and/or borrowers to collect documentation for loan package
-Download/upload files and organizing loan files in Dropbox
-Research applicant credit status and current financial position
-Communicate your findings to the Underwriter using our inhouse system
-Contact loan originators when a loan is near maturity, collect information needed for loan extensions and to make sure that loan extensions are executed
-Follow up with loan originators regarding delinquent loans
-Enter data into our proprietary asset management system
-Conduct online research on websites such as Zillow and County records
-Any other business-related tasks deemed necessary

Compensation
-We want to ensure you are well compensated. Base pay will be Php 50,000.00/month. As you start to learn the systems, you will have the opportunity to move into other roles within the organization. Bonuses are also available. All commission and bonus pay is largely dependent on how well you perform above and beyond your normal duties.

Hours
-We are seeking a full time position of 40/hours a week between 8am and 5pm Central Time

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a loan processor or similar role
* Attention to detail across all projects
* Fluent in English - written and verbal
* Proficient with DropBox, Gmail, and Microsoft Office products
* This is a fast paced industry. You MUST be able to accomplish tasks very quickly. Most loans close in a matter of days, and there is a lot of activity required to process a loan from start to finish

Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
* Laptop or Desktop Core i5 (9th generation or more recent)
* Dual monitor capabilities
* Webcam 1080P for daily office session
* Consistent, reliable, and fast internet connection
